1. YZRW Series Hoisting and Metallurgy Eddy Current Braking Wound Rotor Three-Phase Asynchronism Electromotor is composed of YZR Series electromotor and eddy current braking, which is fixed at the countershaft extension. It integrates the functions of driving and timing, with the advantage of steady low speed timing character and non-incontrollable and reliable operation.
2. Eddy current braking electromotor can operate normally under such environment as below:
(1). The temperature of the cooling medium is not more than 60℃
(H grade insulation electromotor)or 40℃ (F grade insulation electromotor)
(2). The altitude is not more than 1000m.
(3). Constant and obvious mechanical vibration and impact.
3. Eddy current braking electromotor is the derive product of wet and tropical climate environment, the transformer winding and the surface sheath have been immersed and disposal, except number (2) rule, it can operate normally under the environment as below:
(1) while the temperature is 25℃, the month average highest relative humidity during the wettest month is 90%;
(2) The lowest environment air humidity is –15wd;
(3) Frequent startup and braking.
4 The rating power of Eddy current braking electromotor on the basis working system, rotor moment of inertia Jm1, rotor winding open circuit voltage, the rating moment and limit moment of eddy current braking, the coincidence relationship between the moment of inertia Jm2 of armature and the number of engine base accord with the form below:
